The delivery time of the products is from 1 to 10 working days. Products with special features (eg special orders) are excluded from the above period. Eos company sends you the products you have ordered with cooperating courier companies - courier. Shipping costs are € 3.50 for all your purchases up to € 50 and free for purchases over € 50.

In case you choose cash on delivery as a method of payment and shipping, you will be charged an additional cost of € 2.50. In cases where the destination of the order is characterized as remote or inaccessible by the cooperating courier companies, you will be consulted before sending it for the exact way of receipt.

In this case you have the option of receiving your order from the nearest station of the cooperating courier company at no extra cost (when your purchase is from € 50 and up) or its delivery to a remote or inaccessible place with extra charge according to the current price lists of the cooperating company.

In addition, when it comes to shipping in an area characterized by transport companies as remote or inaccessible, there is no possibility of shipping by cash on delivery. In this case, you must discount the order either by depositing in our bank account or by paying through your credit or debit card through our online store.

However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control.
